After watching and reading the Bill Clinton comments, I believe that..

They are too cute by half.

"Awful legacy..." These are words used by republicans to smear Obama, to make them acceptable you need to insert words that were not said, not inferred, not previously referenced.

A nervous speaker missing a phrase, ...possibly, but Bill Clinton, a person famous for using these techniques?

He can usually generate the old charismatic (if more than a little smarmy) Bill Clinton when he's actually speaking, but even then his blank, disconnected look when not speaking is hard to watch.

From Bills friendly behind the scene chat with Paul Ryan about cutting Medicare. Now he is attacking Obama's legacy.

And Hillary going full on chicken hawk neocon about Iran and Palestine.

Their true color is shining through. Dixiecrats

I am not certain that he was disparaging Pres. Obama but if I were a betting man I know what side I would take.

Now, CNN is omitting that portion of the comment everywhere.
