Talk of the Nation 10/25: Romney and Scott Brown have connections to the compounding pharmacy that

shipped the contaminated steroids that are causing the meningitis outbreak:

Someone in the Massachusetts government overrode inspectors' concerns twice while Romney was governor; a benefit for Scott Brown was held by the owners of the company.

She had a steroid injection to her sacroiliac joint so now they're watching her like a hawk. She's a 2-time cancer survivor and is going in tomorrow to have her knee replacement re-done because it's so loose she can hardly walk. She's been on SSDI since 1998. She can't catch a break.

There are a lot of people getting sick & dying in Michigan, but as long as Romney & Brown made money, that's all that matters.

Clearly in many areas, such as food safety and prescription medicines, there is too little regulation, not too much.
