There has been a lot of nastiness toward Clinton on this site and I in no way feel hampered by it. I'm still gonna vote for HRC. I love the fact people are VOTING!. I hope we can get people to do the same thing in 2018 in even greater numbers. VOTING is our voice and we shouldn't squander it no matter who you vote for.

just don't think it will change things that much. That is the unfortunate aspect of voting so late in the process.

there are many reasons why California voters should vote besides the presidential primary. The unfortunate thing with being the second to the last state to vote is that sometimes it will have no impact on who wins and who loses.

She won a hell of a lot, and in doing won a Cabinet seat.

The convention is about so much more than a magic number of delegates.

Bernie needs to do the same. I have no problem with him campaigning if he sticks to the issues, attacks Trump and does not mention Clinton. If he plans to disrupt the convention then he is toast and wins nothing.

unfortunately as a consequence of California voting so late your vote, like it or not, will be irrelevant to the outcome.

not every election season is a horse race to the very last state. This one is over before California gets to vote. It is not disenfranchisement by any sense of the word.

I'm more concerned about the down ticket races. I want a DEM House and Senate because it is Congress' job to make and fund law. And we know the crazy the Republicans want to do with law.

I'm especially eager to see Senator Sanders lose California, so that his supporters can see he is really not the preferred candidate of the party.

No excuses. Let everyone vote.

The California primary will be held, and both names will be on your ballot. You can, and should, vote for the one you prefer. Nobody has suggested that any future primaries be cancelled. Nobody.

that's on you. Why would you not vote in your state's primary? That makes no sense at all.

Now, some might skip a primary if their choice was no longer running, but there's no reason to do that. Both candidates will appear on all of the remaining ballots. Go and vote. Do it for yourself.

My point is that nobody is cancelling any primaries. It's your choice whether to vote or not, not anyone else's choice. You decide.

Sanders will probably not do something like "suspend" his campaign. He's no longer realistically in the race, but he still has a platform. Vote to demonstrate your support for that platform. Or don't. I can't decide for you, and have no desire to try. Do as you think best.

This is especially true coming from our so called "fourth estate," aka; "guardians" or "watchdogs" of democracy.

or just a couple of primary days overall, I do believe we need to tighten up the time period overall. Six months may have made sense decades ago between the first and last, but it's too drawn out and really reduces the final primary's influence.

with their state's Democratic party to move their primary up the calendar. Beyond that, I don't know if this is your first election, but that's how the dang cookie crumbles sometimes. Literally nobody is telling you that you can't vote, even if your candidate were to drop out. His name will still be on the ballot.

Go cast your vote. Whether he has remained technically in the race or not will matter little because it will still come down to you casting a vote to advocate for his inclusion in the platform. That's a good thing and you should feel good about it. So vote!
