I boycotted MSNBC

So I started watching CNN.. I got tired of watching it and will not watch the cable channel that gives Bernie and his wife free run. I thought what the heck.. lets see what FOX News is saying about Trump.

FOX is reporting that MANY establishment republicans are telling them and their constituents that they are voting for Hillary!!

Look, if core Republicans think about voting for Clinton, what does that tell you about her plolitical positions? Answer: they are very close to the views of core Republicans.

and if he brings in the peripheral Republicans, we'd shift the electoral make-up of the USA in a way that renders the GOP a permanent minority.

Status quo coming over to preserve status quo is not very spectacular. The status quo would still be untenable, there would just be more sorrow before enough voters get it.

But a significant part of the Republican Base feeling that democratic socialism actually is the better option, and joining the Democratic Base and the Green Party base and a few re-enthoused independents too: that would be the end of the selfish corporatists' status quo, and the beginning of an era of REAL democracy.

And as for the optics, Sanders won't get much credit for that, because Ted Cruz dropping out and The Donald giving that stunned "Holy shit...I got what I wanted, now what am I gonna do with it?" speech is going to eat up ALL the oxygen over the next few days.

There's still no path to the nom. Add in the Supers, and Sanders made almost no headway at all.

got with his "I hate immigrants" speech. Now, he's going to get the nomination. I bet he names a "decent" VP candidate, figuring he can resign for health or something reasons when he tires of being Prez (that's assuming he wins GE).

We really need to turn to beating Trump. If Sanders wants to keep running, fine, but Clinton and Sanders need to focus on beating GOPers.

Who would want the weight of the VP gig, though? Christie wants it, but that's probably a good reason for refusing him. The way he's been ass kissing, though, he surely is hoping for AG, or something.

I say give him an ACELA ticket back to NJ!

Of course Hillary and her cohort are all old enough to know better than to make nasty ageist comments. But that never stops them.

In the last year... Yes. MSNBC has become something like TMZ. I am NOT a socialist. I am a strong democrat. Not Green, not Indy, not libertarian..

about 6 times yesterday? I wish they gave Bernie and his wife free run. I wish they had acknowledged Bernie's presence in the race the first few months into it. If you go to Fox for Hillary coverage, I would think a bell might go off in your head.

Things are a lot different this year. I don't hate Obama, I love him actually... I am happy with the STATUS QUO. I do NOT resonate with FOX! Lets make that clear.

You're wrong about MSNBC. They have had Bernie coverage handled for the last year. They have not been reporting facts.. it's more like a rag mag.

Maybe you don't watch it as much as the rest of us. I have it on in the background because I'm self-employed and work at home. Bernie got almost not coverage at the beginning of his campaign. They viewed him as a fringe candidate. Hillary was the assumed nominee, but she didn't get much coverage either after they began the Trump-a-thon. If they had covered Bernie and his big rallies at the beginning, the end game might look very different.
