Rick Larsen sold his soul.
Rick Larsen had this coming. He's one of many super delegates ignoring Bernie's 72% of the caucus results to support Hillary. He'll be voted out next term. Book it!

1. No, Rick Larson is following the will of the majority of Washington state voters.
As Rachel Madfow pointed out, Sanders won the vote-suppressing caucus big, but only 26,345 attended.
Clinton won the Washington primary 54-47, where 719, 043 voted. |

2. I thought Sanders believed in delegates voting with the results of their states
...clearly that's just blah, blah, blah to his supporters.

4. Did you not see that Clinton won the Washington primary?
The contest where people actually showed up to vote.

5. The Clinton supporters couldn't be bothered with showing up at the caucus. Unfortunately, that's
the one where pledged delegates come from. Everyone knew the so-called primary vote was just to appease those who didn't attend the caucus. That's why the Bernie supporters didn't bother with it. They did their job in March.
So, live your lives in the fairy tale that is Hillary won Washington. I'm fine with it. We got the earned delegates. |

6. Couldn't be bothered? You mean they were at work, didn't have a car, were in the hospital
or the thousands of other reasons people can't make a three hour commitment with no flexibility. In a regular election, those who know they will be unable to get to the polls on voting day can prepare in advance to get an absentee ballot.

7. How funny. Of the 7.062 million residents of the state of Washington, the voting eligible Democrats
wanting to vote for Hillary we're ALL either at work on the Saturday before Easter, had no transportation, or were hospitalized. Let me guess. You were a drama major in school.
Why not worry about how your candidate will survive her email/unsecured server mess and her nosediving favorability ratings. She's in for a heap of trouble one way or another. |
