and apparently he is claiming the same immunity for this FOIA case.

We do not know what kind of immunity he was granted. And it appears the judge wants clarification of his claim that immunity should prevail in this FOIA case, as well.

That's all I know, but I will watch for analyses from any sources.

I expect many "little details" to emerge. So, time will tell. The magic two weeks...the GE...and, god help us, the Presidency will be marred by dropping shoes on a regular basis.

Missing minutes on the tape a few decades and technologies ago, now thousands of missing emails...and then there's the Foundation. This will go on for a long time.

the truth, if it leads to a deposition. I may be a Bernie supporter, but I lived through one Watergate, and god help me, don't want to live through another.

expansion of technology then to now. Social media and the internet were not around, and it was pretty easy for the Big Three Networks and PBS to avoid talking about it. Hard to remember the time when there were only 4 television stations!

I'm sure had there been an internet back then, the same scenario would be playing out. Ironically, I was attending Richard Nixon's alma mater...a Liberal, Liberal Arts College. We hung him in effigy. It was not a pretty time.

Himself and 5th amendment doesn't apply. If this is case and he refuses then he will go to jail for contempt. Bad news for Hillary.

They have already gone around behind the scenes. Can they step in here and tell the judge, listen, here's the agreement. This guy is to keep his mouth shut till we are done here?

His Honor most likely knows the realities of the immunity...but is going thru the motions on such a high profile case
