Life in the AZ Zombie Land of Arpaio

http://www.cnn.com/2013/05/31/justice/mexico-american-freed

Arizona woman apparently arrested unjustly in Mexico is released from prison after thunderous outrage from Arizona politicians (Flake, Brewer, etc.)

She know returns to Maricopa County where, if she is stopped and detained unjustly because of her name or skin color, the politicians reaction will be....

crickets.

The family were even vid. at the bus station boarding the bus w/ only blankets, lunch inhands.

This was a typical mexico police shakedown for money. The morditha, the bribe gets you out of the police hands.

Lived in mexico for quite a while, some police will target americans/or wealthy looking people, for a buck, usually people just pay.

These police asked for 5k up front...the family did the right thing to make huge noise on media and contact authorities, the local authorities and home state politic people.
