Is This Phishing?

Hello Admin-

I have received a suspicious looking e-mail in my AOL mailbox regarding an alleged failure of my recent payment to renew my star membership. Nothing in my DU mailbox. I would like to forward a copy to you for verification or debunking. What is the proper mechanism for doing so?
