Not sure about San Jose area, but elsewhere outside of Oakland and SF he should be in good shape. That's my gut feeling.

The only political signs/stickers that I've seen are for Bernie. I do wish there was a greater presence in the Latino communities. I live in one and don't see much - a Bernie yard sign here and maybe a bumper sticker, but that's it.
I still think that he will do VERY well in the Bay Area. He may struggle in Southern California - Orange County/San Diego
