I know Amnesty International workers are (or used to be) forbidden to work in their own countries, so as to avoid even the appearance of bias.

What's more incredible than the sudden canceling of exit polls is the lack of furor over it. Guess it's hard to get mad if you don't even know about it. And guess who ensures that the fewest number of people know that exit polling was cancelled?
