The most amazing statement form the State press conference today - Clinton broke the rules.

Here's the clip:
http://www.c-span.org/video/?c4599138/obligation

"there was an OBLIGATION to use Department systems in MOST circumstances"

"it wasn't prohibited in OCCASIONAL circumstances, but it WAS PROHIBITED to do it in EVERY circumstance, because the obligation here is that in most circumstances you HAVE to use the Department systems"

Clinton of course used personal email in EVERY circumstance.

You can see it in context here - the clip about starts at about 9 mins in:

That was interesting. I don't think the speaker even read the report.

he says he was intentionally being vague and unresponsive about somethings because the report was leaked a day early... tomorrow he'll be forced to answer a bit more thoroughly we hope.

but he was VERY clear upfront that he wasn't gonna really get into it... there's a VERY tense exchange at the beginning where a reporter accuses him of trying to spin the facts "anonymously" on background earlier in the day, and then refusing to discuss it publicly...

must have just pushed him out there to take one for the team. They will be more polished tomorrow. I am surprised they discussed it at all since it just came out.
