1. They don't attack her on policy issues because Republicans mostly agree with her,

particularly on her corporatist leanings. (TPP, fracking, privatized prisons, Wall Street connections, etc.)

Dodge the issues until the general and make it all about the person/philosophy/supporters of the candidate.
