2020 presidential candidate Joe Biden sparred with Axios over Hunter Biden, but promised restrictions on family members conducting business overseas if he is elected president.
No one is going to be seeking patents from China, Biden told Axios Mike Allen in an interview, alluding to a recent business deal of Ivanka Trump. Ivanka currently holds an administration role in President Donald Trumps White House alongside husband Jared Kushner.
[My family] will not be engaged in any foreign business because of whats happened in this administration, Biden said of his family if he wins office in 2020. If you want to talk about problems, lets talk about Trumps family.
But he did also spar with Allen when questioned about Hunters business in Ukraine.

(44,765 posts)using their personal emails and Trump server for government and personal emails, Vankie even deleted government emails and it made just the tiniest blip in the news. They ignore the Trump kids and their business contracts with foreign powers and harp on Hunter where it's been proven he did nothing wrong. I don't expect them to change. Do you?

(527 posts)He seemed only a tad bit frustrated about being asked about Hunter but he is also correct (as is the previous poster) that the media should be talking about Ivanka, Jared, Don-Don-Jr, and Little Eric and their foreign dealings while Daddy has taken over our White House.

I really do not want Biden. But, this is old attacking our Democrats, like the Sanders supporter saying Klobuchar's husband was RW.

(7,143 posts)Our OP, to his credit, has at least found a source other than Politico for his apparent hourly Biden Bash. Unsurprisingly, the source is one co-founded by Politico's gadfliest mouthpiece. He just can't quit 'em, I guess.

Yeah, I hadn't been keeping up with Mike Allen.. the last I knew he was with politico.. I've seen tweets referencing axios but haven't paid much attention.
Not a good look for a Dem to use Mike Allen to drag on VP Biden or any Dem in the 2020.

(11,728 posts)Could you have possibly scoured the interned for a shittier "journalist"? Seriously, we get you're all in for Bernie and anti Biden, but posting garbage like this does absolutely nothing for the Sanders' campaign. This interviewer is shit on a shingle, and you know it.

(21,425 posts)about how easy all this is........................ the media just keeps falling for it again and again
No matter how many times we hear that the accusations are baseless or conspiracy theories, the media will keep bringing them up, and it will be the anchor around Joe's neck, just like Hillary's emails.........

(146,192 posts)Why? It's not an issue in the first place. The Republicans are trying to make it an issue, but there is no issue, really.
And yet, we keep seeing posts like this. Why is that, Joe? Please explain your fascination with Hunter Biden.
