Every four years I have expressed my preference for rotating regional primareis

And I was told that it would be too expensive, for the candidate, to campaign at several states at the same time.

Since then, of course, we have Super Tuesday that does demand this type of effort. But this year, all the money and time spent in Iowa - was it better than having Iowa still first in the nation but being part of a regional primaries that would include, say, Nebraska and Missouri and Kansas?

And NH can still be first in the nation but being part of a region that would include Vermont, Main and, perhaps, Massachusetts.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

I really think this is a blessing in disguise if this hiccup brings changes more quickly.
