Millions of NYers Are NOT Watching NY Knick Sensation, Jeremy Lin

That's right. Large swaths of NYers in the heart of the city ARE NOT watching one of the best NBA stories in a while, and maybe the best NY Knicks story in decades.

Why aren't millions of NYers watching Jeremy Lin? Well, you see when two mega corporations fight, it's the people that lose. Madison Square Garden TV and Time Warner Cable are having a spat over fees, so millions of NYers are being blacked out from watching Jeremy Lin play.

Gronkowski's Critics Need to Shut Up

Several people, including former Patriot, Rodney Harrison, are criticizing Rob Gronkowski for celebrating right after the Pats won the Superbowl. Gronk, on the left, was seen dancing shirtless with the band LFMAO.

You can read Rodney Harrison's take here:

I say let the kid blow off steam. When you experience a setback in your professional life, sometimes the best thing to do is to just go out and have some fun. Get nuts for a few minutes.

Fox Business News Channel Cancels Its Entire Prime Time Lineup

In place of the political talk shows that are currently shown from 8 to 11 p.m., Fox Business will replay its programming shown from 5 to 8 p.m., giving more exposure to three of its best-known anchors.

For the last year or so, Fox Business has been showing “Freedom Watch,” with Andrew Napolitano at 8 p.m.; “Power & Money,” a business and politics show with David Asman at 9; and “Follow the Money” at 10, with Eric Bolling, one of Fox’s staunchest critics of President Obama.

A Very Well Written Article on Maggie Gallagher, the Anti-Marriage Equality's Top Crusader

Gallagher's motivation does not seem to be pure homophobia. Rather, she has intellectualized a very painful personal episode in her life, and she blames the Libertine nature of our culture for her pain.

Maggie became a un-wed mother while at Yale, and the child's father coldly abandoned them. They would re-unite, but once the father coldly abandons them. As you read the article, you can tell that she still harbors pain from this.

Her crusade against ending discrimination against Gays boils down to the fact that more social liberation and more relaxtion from rigid cultural norms would result in more men coldly abandoning their children.

I don't agree with her position, and I find her reasoning hysterical. Every prohibitionist always seems to be projecting their internal personal conflicts and pain onto the world.

One prominent ally of Gallagher’s told me that the “fight is over.” There will be minor victories to come, but “we’re going to lose,” the ally said.

Those would seem to be the hard facts, the evidence on which pure thought would operate. But for Gallagher these facts are temporal, contingent and ultimately meaningless. They just appear to be facts. In an email two months after our first conversation, she explains why her opponents are mistaken: “One of the lessons I learned as a young woman from the collapse of Communism is this: Trying to build a society around a fundamental lie about human nature can be done, for a while, with intense energy (and often at great cost); but it cannot hold.

If You Could Play Any Sport Professionally, What Sport Would It Be?

For me, that's a no-brainer. I would love to be a Professional Tennnis player. One, you travel the world instead of playing in only one country. Two, you're always playing in ideal weather conditions. Three, you're always around super hot women, and most of them are also wealthy. Four, you can make a great living on and off the court. Five, you don't have to play on a team and deal with someone else's bullshit. You win on your own, and you lose on your own.

Also, you don't have to worry about traumatic brain injuries.
