Game of Thrones Season 3 Premiere

Tonight is the start of the most critical season in the show's run. As the producers have said, get season 3 right, and the entire series is in good shape.

Jon Stewart Taking Hiatus From 'Daily Show' To Direct Film, 'Rosewater,' This Summer

Stewart's directoral debut will be an adaptation of the memoir Then They Came For Me: A Family’s Story Of Love, Captivity And Survival. The Comedy Central host has written the screenplay, now entitled "Rosewater," which tells the true story of Maziar Bahari, a journalist who spent 118 days in an Iranian prison in 2009.

George RR Martin uses Wordstar 4.0 on a MS-DOS computer to write his epic novels

In the acknowledgements for one of his books, he thanked someone for rescuing his work after his computer crashed.

During a Q&A session after the screening, he told interviewers Kara Swisher and Walt Mossberg of AllthingsD that to this day, he writes on a Microsoft DOS computer using WordStar 4.0.
