The timetable for impeachment?

Predictably, the White House is not helping the process by defying so many subpoenas. Their goal is to obstruct and keep information from the Committees.

Because of this obstruction, the Democrats may not be able to finish as quickly as first thought. They might just decide to wait until after the holidays to send anything to the Senate?

How important is it if the impeachment trial intervenes with the Democratic primaries? Which should take precedence over the other? What would be the obstacles if the candidates continued to campaign up to and thru the Iowa caucuses?

But, it could have a downside for the Republicans if they drag it out. What happens if the Courts come down with a big decision while they are dragging their feet? What if they rule that some of these people with appeals to the Court must testify before the legitimate and official impeachment inquiry?

In my opinion, the inquiry may take a little longer than first thought?

Why did Trump wait three years to begin an investigation on the Bidens?

Why did it take him so long to become interested in the "corruption" in Ukraine?

Most rational people know the answer. They don't buy the nonsense from the White House.

What other people did Trump want investigated for corruption??

Bullshit is bullshit.

It doesn't matter if whistleblower is a Clinton guy, or Obama guy, or a Never Trumper

The only thing that matters is if he is telling the truth about Donald Trump?

He can hate his frigging guts and it doesn't frigging matter.

Could someone pass the word to Donald Trump?

Should Congress subpoena William Barr ?

To answer a few questions that need clearing up?

What has he discovered about our intelligence services from our overseas allies?

Does he still believe there was a conspiracy against Donald Trump? Does he have any evidence?

Why did Trump mention him in his phone call with Zelensky? Is he curious abour it?

What is his position on aides to the White House refusing to respond to subpoenas in the impeachment inquiry?

There are many questions that Mr Barr needs to answer.

He needs to understand that refusal to respond to the subpoena would be an automatic contempt of Congress .

Four White House Aides Blatantly Defy Congressional Subpoenas

No legitimate reason why?

We can only suppose they do not believe the Congress has the authority to issue subpoenas during an impeachment investigation?

It's bold and brazen.

What should the Congress do?

An Unforced Error ?

Did Elizabeth Warren make a political mistake by saying how she would pay for M4A ?

There is no doubt but that her primary opponents will attack her for it.

Was it really necessary for her to come out with all the details for her plan at this time? What is to be gained?

Considering how difficult it was to pass the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), it is difficult to see how Elisabeth's M4A plan could be passed thru the House and Senate at this time?

How difficult will it be for her to recover from this "error"?

Where the media is aiding Trumpism and failing the people?

Trump needs to be primaried.

There are challengers out there that are willing to take him on, but unfortunately, the media is not giving them enough coverage.

There is plenty of coverage about Trump's tweets, or personal attacks upon his perceived enemies, or the "Never Trumpers", or his every utterance.

But, where is the coverage for the other three candidates that are running in the Republican Party??

It is the duty of a free press to give them more coverage, in my opinion.

The Russia Mueller Investigation and the Ukraine Investigation are one and the same.

The Mueller memos that were released yesterday showed that Manafort was working with the Trump campaign right up to the last week before election. He had told Trump that Ukraine was responsible for leaking the DNC emails. Trump believed him, even though all the intelligence pointed toward Russia. Also, Giuliani was visiting Manafort in jail to get information about Ukraine connections before he went on his secret foreign policy mission to Ukraine.

Going back to the very origins of the Mueller investigation and before Comey was fired as FBI Director, General Flynn was working with the Russians and had hired on a couple of people to help him that are still working for Donald Trump. John Eisenberg and Michael Ellis were early players in the Comey investigation, before Mueller took over. Ellis had worked for Devin Nunes, who was the Chairman of the Intel Committee before the last election removed him. Reportedly, he gave the information to Nunes that he carried to the White House on his midnight runs. Eisenberg reported to Don McGahn, the White House Counsel.

Now those same two are involved with the phone call that Trump made to the Ukraine president, Zelensky. Eisenbery is reported to be the person that put the transcript of the call into the top secret server. There is not even one degree of separation.

It is one continuous scandal.

Bi-partisanship?

Senate and House Republicans are discounting Nancy Pelosi's comments about the need for "bi-partisanship" because she did not get any votes from the House Republicans for an impeachment inquiry?

However, the House Republicans are not representative of the country as a whole, or even their own Party? The numbers in the polls show that more and more people, including Republicans, now support impeachment and removal.

Therefore, the question of "bi-partisanship" should not be measured by the numbers in the House or Senate, but by the numbers in the general public.

The impeachment inquiry is like an ankle bracelet for Donald Trump.

A big part of Democrats winning so big in the 2018 elections was that the people wanted oversight of the Executive Branch and a lawless president. The House, led by Paul Ryan, offered no oversight at all.

This impeachment inquiry is the first time that anyone has attempted to hold Donald Trump to account. They have put an ankle bracelet on him so they can keep track of him and his crime spree.

The inquiry serves a very valuable service for the American people.
