Former VP Mike Pence, presently Private Citizen Mike Pence, is above the law and the courts.

He thinks he is just like Donald Trump.

He doesn't have to respond to any subpoenas from the Special Counsel, or so he believes?

It is an arrogant disregard and disrespect for the people of this country and the rule of law.

And he wants to be President of the United States?

What is your general impression or opinion of Emily Kohrs, the jury forewoman?

Now that we have had a couple of days to analyze and assimilate the information that she gave to the media?

By what standard do we judge her?

Do we judge her by the standards of the talking heads of the media networks?

Do we judge her by the criticisms from Trump and his defense team?

Or do we judge her as a normal person that was put into a very important and historic position as the jury forewoman?

At first, she may have seemed "unserious" or a little ditzy. Her laughter may have seemed inappropriate. She did not have a personality that fit the round pegs of television.

However, in my opinion, there has been too much secrecy and caution around the Trump role in the insurrection and the crimes of Mar-a-Lago. In a way, it was refreshing to see someone speak out on the matter , in a way that was not illegal, but did not adhere to the rules of the media or the Trump apologists.

She has been a barometer for Fani Willis, the Fulton County DA, who must decide whether or not to take the "recommendations" to a new Grand Jury. The reaction to Emily Kohrs has not been enough to dissuade her to not pursue the case any further. I think it is just a matter of days until the Grand Jury hands down indictments on several people involved in the election interference case.

Trump may be questioned in lawsuits by ex-FBI employees Strzok and Page

(snip)
A federal judge on Thursday ordered that former president Donald Trump and FBI Director Christopher A. Wray can be questioned under oath by attorneys for two former senior FBI employees who allege in separate lawsuits that they were illegally targeted for retribution after the FBI investigated Russia’s interference in the 2016 presidential election.

The decision by U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson of Washington came in consolidated lawsuits against the FBI and Justice Department by former senior FBI agent Peter Strzok and former FBI lawyer Lisa Page, who exchanged politically charged text messages criticizing Trump while they were having an affair.

(snip)
Jackson gave the Justice Department until March 24 to decide whether to invoke executive privilege on Trump’s behalf to shield the confidentiality of a president’s communications with top advisers under the Constitution’s separation of powers.

Trump’s spokesman and attorneys for Strzok did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Page attorneys Amy Jeffress and Kaitlin Konkel declined to comment, as did the Justice Department and FBI.

Has anyone listened to Jon Stewart's podcast?

I happened upon it a couple of days ago and he and a guest were discussing FOXNews and Jon Stewart made some interesting remarks.

He said that Rupert Murdoch was an enemy of America and democracy and that what he was doing to our country was "espionage".

They are nothing but propagandists that have been prohibited in some countries around the world.

Further, they discussed the requirements of "defamation" and the damage that must be proven to take someone like FOX to court.

It reminded me of how important Jon Stewart was as a spokesman when he was on Comedy Central.

Why Trump visited Ohio and why he waited so long?

First of all, it is not usually a good optic to be photographed at a "train wreck".

Secondly, Ohio is Trump country. Although most of them do not understand what and how Trump did away with all the Obama regulations when he came into the White House. Included in those regulations were those that monitored the safety of the rail cars.

Trump waited to see if that story took "legs" before he decided to visit the site of the wreck.

Also, he is trying to maintain the appearance of a legitimate presidential candidate. He came in with a large entourage of black SUV's, as if he was the present leader of this country. But, there were almost as many people in his entourage as were in the crowds. His appeal has dwindled to almost nothing. He has become a caricature of himself.

He hoped to spark his presidential campaign but it looked like a quick dying ember.

He will attempt to keep up the appearances until he is indicted. He feels protected by his political status, as a former president.

But, it appears the hammer is about to fall.

The judge in the "Special Grand Jury" advised jurors that they could talk?

I heard this on an excerpt of Lawrence's show. If that is true, it is a surprise that more of them have not come forward. The interview by the "forewoman", Emily Kohrs, has created quite a controversy.

Usually, with a "Grand Jury", they are advised not to talk.

However, this was a "special grand jury", with no authority to indict. They were assembled to give "recommendations" to the DA. They were not commanded to remain silent.

If the DA agrees with the recommendations, she will request that a Grand Jury, with the authority to indict, file their charges.

If she decides not to take it to the Grand Jury, then what we have heard from the "Special Grand Jury" is probably all we will get from the Georgia investigation. Very few would expect the investigation to end there.

After two years of investigation, the information from the "forewoman" is the most the public has received since the investigation began, notwithstanding the January 6th Committee. For the general public, it may have seemed like a breath of fresh air.

Soon, we will know who the real Grand Jury is going to indict and the excitement over the "forewoman's" comments will likely subside.

It is imminent.

Kevin steals 44,000 hours of tapes from Capitol and gave them to Murdoch and FOXNews.

That neither the Capitol Police nor the House Sergeant of Arms knew that Speaker McCarthy had given up 44,000 hours of tapes and surveillance of the Capitol from January 6th?

That he had not informed anyone else of the surrender of the tapes to FOXNews? More specifically, to Tucker Carlson, one of the chief propagandists for the enemies of democracy, the anti-democratic, propagandist capitalist from Australia, Rupert Murdoch.

If no one gave FOX legitimate permission to see the tapes, then they did not get them legally or upfront? In other words, they stole them?

Should one Congressmen now ask for a vote on the lack of leadership of the new Speaker, Kevin McCarthy?

Trump "The Train Wreck" went to Ohio to see the train wreck...

and it was a train wreck.

He had a few adoring supporters there to make him look like a legitimate candidate. He had his sign up for people to donate money to his 2024 campaign. He never mentioned how he took off the Obama regulations on trains hauling hazardous materials.

He mentioned that the GA Special Grand Jury was a "kangaroo court".

It was all fake. A fake candidate trying not to look like a potential convicted criminal. A liar attempting to look sincere and empathetic to the people of Ohio.

The train wreck was the perfect symbol for him.
