What else is Trump hiding?

With most folks, people think the best of them.

With the former president, it is probably wise to think the worst?

We know he will lie with every breath. He is not a very moral person.

Did he turn over all the documents that were at Mar-a-Lago? No doubt, the FBI made a thorough search, but they should not assume that they received everything from Trump. Perhaps he hid them at another location? Or perhaps he bartered some of them already?

We suppose that the NARA and the White House kept track, in some manner, with the classified documents? They should know if they have all been retrieved.

We know from experience, Trump is always hiding something.

Into the Mystic

The Right-Wing is threatening violence because they believe Trump is guilty.

It is an angry reaction.

They are not so angry that he stole the documents, only that he got caught stealing them. The aura of invincibility has been deeply tarnished.

They understand the seriousness of the crimes. They know the penalty for stealing state secrets that might threaten the lives of our young people in the military. They know that if those documents were found in the basement of Barack Obama's home, they would be calling for his execution.

So they react in anger. It is the liberal's fault. It is the FBI's fault. It is Merrick Garland's fault. It is the Judge's fault. But they know that the real fault is with themselves. They put their faith in a con-artist and a grifter and they are getting their just reward.

Now, they threaten violence against everyone else. They want to kill all the FBI. They want to destroy the government, which has been so good to them. They have been deeply hurt and disappointed. The person they worshiped may be guilty of espionage? He may be a traitor to his country. It is not an easy reality with which to come to grips.

They are shattered.

How much of the affidavit could they release without exposing sensitive information?

I suspect they could release quite a bit.

They could release why they made the case to the judge.

They could release info about how the documents were moved to Mar-a-Lago?

They could release the information about the negotiations between the NARA and Trump to retrieve the information and how long it went on?

They could release the information about how the DOJ retrieved 15 boxes and were told there was no more classified information on the grounds. They could show how they were lied to and why the FBI had no choice but to go in and seize the documents. They could show how the former president did not act in good faith.

There is a lot of information they could make public without naming names or exposing any techniques about how they gathered their information.

In my opinion, it is going to be devastating for the former president.

I have fought my conscience whether to fight them or to ignore them?

Sometimes I think if we were able to simply ignore them, they would implode upon themselves. They need the attention from the liberals to survive and thrive.

But then, I think, we have to fight these dangerous ideas or they will take over our country. Usually, I choose to fight.

However, I still am not sure whether or not the best way to defeat them is to simply ignore them. Don't feed their hatred and negativity. They would turn upon themselves.

Has anyone else had similar thoughts?

America is incapable of handling the truth at this time.

They may never be capable.

A good percentage of this country has been sucked into a cult for the last several years and they cannot see their Leader being charged with a crime. They will have a difficult time accepting any evidence that is shown. They will scream, roll around on the floor with their feet kicking the air, and threaten violence if something happens to their Leader. They have adopted the personality of their Cult Leader.

Can justice be done in such an environment? For the good of America and the rest of the nation, it must be done.

We don't yet know all the facts of the case. Donald Trump has not yet been charged or indicted. But the evidence against him does not look good.

He appears to be facing election fraud, conspiracy against the United States, obstruction of justice, and quite possibly, espionage charges. We do not yet know the extent of the latter.

But the truth will not be easy for his supporters to handle. They have way too much invested in their Cult Leader.

However, justice must be done. It cannot be put on a shelf. The question is how do they work around a blind, obedient, but violent cult, as they uncover the facts and the evidence?

If you had been asleep for a week and had just awakened?

And you listened to the news on the television...

You might think the DOJ had done something very bad. They were being accused by the former president of the United States of "raiding" his home and taking stuff that belonged to him?

You might think the DOJ was withholding the affidavit because they were covering up what they did to the former president?

You did not know that the FBI had to get a search warrant from a Federal Judge because the former president refused to return secret, national security, sensitive documents belonging to the NARA (National Archives) and the American people.

You might not know that the former president had illegally removed Top Secret documents from the White House and was holding them in a highly insecure area at his home in Mar-a-Lago. It was a grave threat to our national security. Peoples lives may have been endangered.

You might not know, from just listening to the television media, that the FBI tried to negotiate the return of the documents and were unsuccessful. After 60 days, they made the decision to go into the home of the former president, as discreetly as possible, with a search warrant to seize the stolen documents.

Those are the facts that get lost in the media, as they get spun by both sides, and are unable to report as independent agent for the American people.

The bottom line is that the former president is not the "victim", he is the "suspect" in a possible case of espionage.

There is no doubt but that the propaganda charade will continue.

Trump's defense is always the same.

Never admit anything and never show any guilt.

Deny everything and blame someone else.

Start a narrative (lie) before the fact, to have an excuse.

Always have an antagonist. Demonize them. Make them an enemy.

Always make it between "us" and "them".

Never show any shame.

Always be ready to lie.

And then lie some more.

Don't people ever get tired of the bullsh*t ?

Trump, Pence, McCarthy, McConnell, Bannon, Stone, Hannity, Tucker, FOXNews, Rudy, Mar-a-Lago, De Santis, lies, propaganda, espionage, treason, Republican hypocrisy in general?

They keep going, and going, and going, and going.....

What is one to think?

When the president of the United States sits on his big fat butt and does nothing as a violent mob storms the Capitol and forces all the Democratic and Republican Congressmen and Senators to flee? Some for their lives? Especially the two top officials in the line of succession, the Speaker of the House and the Vice-President.

When, in fact, he summoned them to the Capitol and encouraged a coup against our nation so he could stay in power? And did nothing although he knew they were armed and dangerous.

Then, when he was about to leave the White House, he stole Top Secret documents and took them to his home in Florida and placed them in his basement? It was a criminal act at the level of Benedict Arnold and the Rosenbergs. It was a brazen act of espionage.

What should one think?
