We don't need no stinkin' dictator...

Not even for a day.

Not even for a minute.

Take that crap and shove it where the sun don't shine.

A timely quote from Tom Paine:

'It is the duty of every man, as far as his ability extends, to detect and expose delusion and error.'

The law and the truth are an existential threat to Trump and his Republican accomplices.

The whole government and the whole world is rigged against them.

It is not the grand jury, or the courts, or the judges, or the rule of law that is charging them with crimes against this country, it is Joe Biden, and the Democrats, and the judges nominated by Barack Obama.

They must unite behind Donald Trump to defeat this "election interference". They must step forward and declare themselves loyal to the Leader that wants absolute immunity from any crimes that have been committed or may be committed in the future.

They must stand together against Joe Biden and the godless Democrats. They must defend Donald Trump until their last breath.

Why?

Because they are not innocent bystanders.

For those that thought the Justice System would save our democracy?

With the delays by the Defendant Trump and the apparent delays by the Appeals Court, along with Judge Cannon in Florida, many doubt that the Judiciary is up to the job.

Perhaps the delays are simply part of the normal process? But it would seem that the normal process would recognize the immediate dangers to our democracy and act accordingly. We have seen the courts act quickly in the past, when they have deemed it necessary.

Would the Judiciary put politics over justice? Would they decide that this is such a hot potato that only the voters can make a decision about guilt or innocence?

We would like to think otherwise, but who knows?

The oncoming dilemma for the Republicans

They are scheduled to have their Party Convention in the middle of July.

The most recent Quinnipiac poll shows Joe Biden up by six points on their anointed one. By July, his mental deterioration will likely be much more severe than it is at present and Biden is likely to be even farther ahead of the stinky one.

What do Republicans then do? Because if Drumpf is ten points behind, then that is a real danger for many incumbents maintaining their seats. That is of utmost importance to them.

Drumpf has been having difficulty reading off the monitor lately. If it gets worse, Republicans will be confronted with a tough choice at the Convention. Do they stick with the "loser", even though they may lose their own seats?

Or do they let justice run its course and nominate someone else to replace their beloved criminal Leader?

Why Trump wants Haley to drop out of the race?

After only one caucus and one primary?

He's trying to save his stinky butt from going to jail.

Because if he is the assumed nominee of the Republican Party, he believes it guarantees him from going to any trial before the next general election. He may be right.

The entire Republican Party seemed to be behind him. His fate is their fate. His trial is their trial.

Haley let it be known in no uncertain terms that she was not going to drop out of the race, not even after South Carolina. The pressure will no doubt increase for her to do so.

No court, especially the Supreme Court, would allow their chosen candidate to be put on trial right before an election.

As usual, Trump lied about it. He said he told them he wanted to win it the old-fashioned way.

Yeah, I'm sure he did.

Why the Trump Presidency sucked?

To listen to his cult supporters, it was the greatest presidency of all time. The greatest economy. The greatest everything.

The truth is: it was none of those.

It sucked because it divided this country moreso than any time since the Civil War, moreso than the Vietnam War.

It worked more for the interests of Vladimir Putin than it did for our own country.

It ridiculed and badmouthed our allies and kissed up to dictators. That is not America.

It divided friends and families and appealed to the lowest common denominator.

It promoted hatred of those different from us.

It was a shitstain of a presidency.

Does Donald Trump have dementia?

If so, it can accelerate very rapidly.

Six weeks can seem like six months. The deterioration happens more quickly than most people realize. I am speaking from personal experience.

His supporters need to realize the direction he is going.
