It's impossible to believe that, in the kind of climate and tone HE set in that office, as the bully and in-yer-face asshole and political hard-baller he is, that they were out there as lone wolves, going rogue or something. Glad you're here! I think we all hope that, but with reservations. We're all too accustomed to seeing these lice escape or otherwise get out of it. They never have to face the music. I find it fitting that his capitulation to them, his going along with them, his not standing up to them - has made all those nice loud speculations about him being president someday just evaporate into thin air. I used to respect colin powell. Not anymore. He could have made a HUGE statement by refusing to carry their water at the UN. Magnificent, impressive debut on the national scene for this young woman today. She just won a lot of respect, I think. No-nonsense. And pretty clearly - no bias apparent. Looks like HER office is not one of those many prosecutors' offices that's in bed with, or otherwise biased toward, the police. Like her counterpart in Ferguson CLEARLY was.
