YAY! What great news!

I'm surprised parents like these get ANY sleep at all. And I say that as a parent, myself.

A well-deserved break for this family!

Maybe they did, but they just didn't think it'd apply to them.

I totally get that. One would think this would have been settled - and settled long ago.

But NO!

These bastards won't give up. So that means WE CAN'T give up.

As long as they're there, trying to take our rights away, WE have to be there, too, meeting them at EVERY attack line, in EVERY attack space, and with EVERY strategy available.

And we have to remain on the lookout.

CONSTANT VIGILANCE!!! If it was good enough advice for Mad-Eye Moody to give to Harry Potter, it's good enough for us as a reminder to ourselves.

And he tries to develop a signature "look" with that no-jacket-ever strategy.

Yes, it sets him apart.

Yes, it's a way to get noticed.

Yes, it's a way to stick out.

And yes it's a way to single you out for your idiocy and mad-dog "look-at-ME!" ego.

Many of us recognize your game, dude. You may be fooling your own constituents, but you don't fool the rest of us.

I do, too. Maybe they need to start applying a rule of "what if a Democrat did this?" to the GOP.

And prosecuting accordingly.

Neither do I. NEVER EVER let down your guard with these fiends.

Gotta say, now that the GOP has gotten its hooks into taking away a woman's right to choose, how soon will some of them try expanding that to taking away a woman's right to vote? Women had to fight for THAT one, too.

Probably makes him feel powerful. More potent.

More "manly." Especially as he ages and maybe has more trouble in - um - well, let's just say "the bedroom."

So maybe we need to offer a correction! Instead of "Moms for Freedom"

it should be "Moms for TAKING AWAY Your Freedom".

Every time - and I do mean EVERY time - there's an opportunity to push the renaming of these people, the corrected labeling of these people, we should do it. We need to start taking EVERY an ANY opportunity to bring truth to labeling. Because "Moms for Freedom" is anything but.

One important thing here: this shows a level of devious thinking that WORKS for the bad guys.

It also shows how our side is NOT there yet.

And we need to be!

Democrats need to - indeed MUST - start thinking more deviously when up against headwinds like this.

MUST.

HAVE TO, HAVE TO, NEED TO.
