DAYUM. Leave her the fuck ALONE!!!!!
Haven't they persecuted her enough by now?
Once again, they'll waste a lot of our tax money and find a whole lotta nothing.
Welcome to DU, WorkDoctor!
Agreed wholeheartedly! As a culture, we Americans do not value our elders. And that's a shame. They can teach us boatloads, and their wisdom can lead, illuminate, and inspire. They're a tremendous resource we all should treasure.
THIS.
I, too, will love and revere her til the very end. She remains a role model and a world class inspiration to me, personally. AND, let's not forget, YET AGAIN she's voted the most admired woman in America.
My own experience has already taught me how right you are about the dynamics in play.
Men (generally older men) are threatened by strong women like Hillary. Many women are threatened by her accomplishments because of some weird fear that they themselves are somehow automatically made less by comparison.
It's true. It's very real. It's a hard, sad fact. And I have the proverbial knife wounds in the back to prove it - thanks to both genders.
Mine is on pre-order at Barnes & Noble. WAS expecting it next week, but now
since the publisher moved up the release date, I think I shall mosey on over there to claim it - tomorrow!
Can't waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaait!
Another MOST intriguing read, H2O Man!
Thanks for this. You're certainly correct about the near future of this new year. Get out the popcorn...
So far, it strikes me that Robert Mueller is a real pro who follows that "lawyers' rule" -
Never ask a question that you don't already know the answer to.
I've heard lots of speculation that Mueller may already have the tax returns. I'd bet he does. Robert Mueller is a seasoned pro whose track record entitles him to be taken VERY seriously. He's not some rube that trump's used to pulling a con upon, or some subcontractor trump plans to stiff because he simply doesn't feel like paying for work that was done. Mueller wasn't born yesterday.
