YOU did, Kristol.
YOU did, Steve Schmidt.
YOU did, Rick Wilson.
YOU did, John Kasich.
YOU did, Mitt Romney.
YOU did, Kevin McCarthy.
YOU did, Omarosa.
YOU did, Steve Bannon.
YOU did, Reince Priebus and Michael Steele.
YOU did, every single one of you GOP talking heads and “recovering” pols with your book deals and blogs and TV shows.
And, you, too, Nicolle Wallace. You helped, too. And every one of you sniveling partisans who are probably absolving each other of any guilt because you do whisper your revulsion of him and your mea culpas in the cloak room, but you’re right there gazing at him for photo ops as though you damn near wanted to drop to one knee and propose marriage.

You rode right along with it and didn’t do a think to stop it. But many of you helped and contributed and supported and encouraged and campaigned and strategized toward exactly this kind of result, starting decades ago. If you worked to further the republi-CON agenda and world view at any point in the last 40 years, this - THIS is all yours. YOU helped make this happen.

The briefing they had just left, they were described as looking really shaken.

That was a President with class.

They’re with our side regarding trump, NOW.

NOW they’re with us. Because donald has stunk up the room so badly that they had to step away, formally and publicly.

But I sure wouldn’t take that (or them) to the proverbial bank. Only time will tell if they really mean it, if they really have renounced this VERY bad political positioning and comfort-the-already-comfortable mindset they’ve espoused for most of their lives.

We’ll have to see if they’ve REALLY faced up to and accepted how wrong they’ve been all along, about their cold-hearted money-grubbing ideology of pure craven short-sighted selfishness, or if all that disgrace just disappears when trump finally does.
