I went back and looked at each of them. The one of the surgeon jumping up, straining to catch one of the virus "baseballs" before it slammed into the stands, actually made me get teary-eyed.

I play this game in my mind - not just the "what would I do if I ran MSNBC?" but also, "what would I do if I was the next President?" I feel as though I might actually ask my staff to figure out how many first responders we had, struggling to cope with the coronavirus disaster, and have Presidential Medals of Freedom created for every last one of them, all across the country. Including those awarded posthumously.
