Saw a few "Impeach Obama!" signs outside Bellevue Square Mall today.

I didn't stop to find out what their damage is. I refuse to spend my higher reasoning faculties on the brainless blatherings of mental defectives...

On the drive up here, I was stuck behind a pickup truck with this sign in the rear window of the cab:

"S.O.B! Sick Of Obama! - and then some smaller, unreadable bullshit, likely stuff like "Get to work; millions on welfare depend on you."

I wish these fuckbrains would move to Idaho or someplace, and quit polluting my beloved Evergreen State...

I just I&D'd the NASTIEST sebaceous cyst!

Huge thing. I thought it was a lipoma. I made my incision, and all kinds of nasty-smelling stuff splooged out!

I love procedures, but this one needed iron guts.

Now I'm off!

Happy Hour is here!!!...

In your opinion, Vangelis's greatest film soundtrack.

He won the Oscar for "Chariots Of Fire', and that iconic running theme. He received critical acclaim for his soundtrack to "Missing".

But I recently downloaded his soundtrack to Ridley Scott's film "1492 - Conquest Of Paradise", and it is quite simply astonishing. I think it's superior to "CoF".

Any opinions?

America has a new citizen!

The young Russian girl who works as my medical assistant just passed her citizenship test. I assume the oath of citizenship follows that. She told me yesterday that the oath would be the same day as her exam.

My MA Supervisor just stepped into my office to tell me.

Fantastic. I'm happy for her!

What strategems! How fell! How butcherly!
Erroneous, mutinous, and unnatural,
This deadly quarrel daily doth beget!"

When I put my lab coat on in the mornings, it always feel akin to strapping on a suit of armor.

Not to defend against my patients, of course.

Disease, I guess. And an occasional sense of futility when patients are non-compliant with their treatment plans, or continue to smoke, etc.

Another day ahead. Hope it brings good things...

I love you all...
