Aristus's JournalRemember all the Trumpanzee talk about 'libtard tears'?
Tough talk from such a bunch of whiny crybabies...
Bing's Halloween gif is kind of fun this year.
Nowhere near the scariest I've seen, but good.

Loungers threatened by wildfires and power outages: check in please.
If you have any power at all to get online...
Hoping to hear you're all right...
Friday Night Vodka Buzz. Ask me anything.
I love you all...
Missing my good drinking-buddy Glamrock tonight...
"Americans are puritans in public and perverts in private".
That's a line from the film "Bohemian Rhapsody" that really stood out for me.
Although in the forty years since the time-period in which Brian May uttered the line, we've pretty much gone public with our perversions...

"Let's be superheroes."
That was the phrase that finally convinced a patient on Friday to get his flu vaccine.
I've had a lot of patients lately decline the vaccine without even trying any of the internet conspiracy theorist-approved objections, like the flu vaccine gives you the flu, or it's a Big Pharma plot, or what have you.
Most simply offer the disappointingly lazy "I just don't want to..."
I offered the usual evidence-based rebuttals to whatever his objection might have been. Then got to the notion of herd immunity, and our responsibility to protect those who are unable, for whatever reasons, to get immunized.
"Let's protect them", I said. "Let's be superheroes."
He consented to immunization.
I gotta remember that phrase...
