Here's The Emails Sent to CO Lawmaker - Warning

Franklin Sain to gun-control backers: "Hopefully somebody Giffords both of your asses"

The subject of guns can inflame emotions. But Colorado Springs-based Franklin Sain is accused of letting those passions get out of control. He's been formally accused of harassment and more via e-mails sent to Representative Rhonda Fields, a gun-control advocate whose son was murdered, including one that practically invites her assassination. We've got the uncensored e-mails below, and be warned: The language in them is shocking and offensive.

Dear PBO, Stop Promising Victims You Won't Forget

them.

If it isn't the latest mass shooting, there's those who who've lost their home to a hurricane or wildfires.
I don't recall any president in my lifetime consoling so many and he's not done yet.
The next shooting or hurricane is just around the corner.

Here's this story from ABC News about the Ft. Hood victims feeling betrayed by PBO.
As expected the vitriol follows in the comment section, I'm confused by the comments, aren't these the "we built it" and "pro-gun", "anti-government" crowd? Ft Hood victims at least have insurance, many other gun victims have no health insurance at all.

It's never enough when it comes to this president.

Fort Hood Hero Says President Obama 'Betrayed' Her, Other Victims

Three years after the White House arranged a hero's welcome at the State of the Union address for the Fort Hood police sergeant and her partner who stopped the deadly shooting there, Kimberly Munley says President Obama broke the promise he made to her that the victims would be well taken care of.

"Betrayed is a good word," former Sgt. Munley told ABC News in a tearful interview to be broadcast tonight on "World News with Diane Sawyer" and "Nightline."

"Not to the least little bit have the victims been taken care of," she said. "In fact they've been neglected."

There was no immediate comment from the White House about Munley's allegations.

Thirteen people were killed, including a pregnant soldier, and 32 others shot in the November 2009 rampage by the accused shooter, Major Nidal Hasan, who now awaits a military trial on charges of premeditated murder and attempted murder.

Tonight's broadcast report also includes dramatic new video, obtained by ABC News, taken in the immediate aftermath of the shooting, capturing the chaos and terror of the day. http://abcnews.go.com/Blotter/fort-hood-hero-obama-betrayed-victims/story?id=18465024

Heartless Bastards Gun Nuts

Good God they are out in force spreading conspiracy theories and the vitriol towards us who are scared to death of their weapons.

They can't stand that President Obama has a victim of gun violence sitting next to FLOTUS at the SOTU.

They just want the victims and their families to disappear, bury the dead and shut up already.

It's absolutely sickening what they say in comments sections.

Aurora Theater Shooting Victims Being Harassed, Conspiracy Theorists

Prosecutors in the Aurora theater shooting case have re-iterated their request that victims' names be redacted from court documents, saying that victims and their families continue to suffer harassment from conspiracy theorists.

The most recent request was made in a filing dated Tuesday and later made public on the court's website. In the filing — signed by Lisa Teesch-Maguire, the prosecution team's victims' rights specialists — prosecutors say that victims "have expressed concerns for their privacy, and personal safety." Some victims are key witnesses in the case, the filing states.

"The District Attorney's Office is concerned that the release of these Victim(s)' name in the public Court file will adversely affect the administration of justice in this case," Teesch-Maguire writes.

Since the July 20 shooting that killed 12 and injured 58 by gunfire, victims and their families have been subject to harassment online and in person from conspiracy theorists. At least one victim and one witness have been impersonated in motions purportedly filed in their name. At least one blog questioning the truth of the shooting has posted victims' personal information and photos from Facebook.
