In January of last year, the results of the Mueller Investigation were still unknown

and on one snowy evening, Donald Trump found himself swamped by fears of what might be revealed. He slipped on his topcoat and, trailed by two secret service personnel, stepped outside the White House and wondered if checking on the condition of his favorite rose bush in the White House Rose Garden might calm his nerves.

He shuffled along the cleared sidewalk and soon saw that the bush was still shrouded in snow. As he reached it, his eyes opened wide and his mouth dropped open, for there, in the glow of the security lighting, he could easily read "Fuck Tiny Hands!" apparently written in urine, scrawled across his favorite bush! After screaming his anger at his security, he ordered photos of the vulgarity taken and ordered the heads of the FBI, CIA and NSA to assemble in the Oval office IMMEDIATELY.

When the groggy security and intelligence chiefs arrived, Trump showed them the photos and thundered "I DEMAND to know who is responsible for this within 24 hours! Report back here tomorrow morning!"

The next morning, all three men were in the Oval Office bright and early. Trump stomped in, plopped into his chair and bellowed "WELL?"

"Good morning, Mr. President," began the CIA director, "We have some good news and some bad news."

"What's the good news?" Trump growled.

"We have analyzed the urine and can conclusively state that it is Steve Bannon's."

"AH-HAH!" shouted the leader of the free world, leaping up from his chair. "I KNEW HE WAS A BACK-STABBING SONOFABITCH! THAT'S WHY I FIRED HIM! BUT NOW, I'LL PUT HIM IN GITMO; I'LL HAVE HIM WATERBOARDED; I'LL------- .Wait a minute---what's the bad news?"

The three officials exchanged glances and fidgeted nervously before the CIA director replied. "The handwriting", he softly intoned, "is Melania's."

Washington should rename its football team the "Washington Statesmen". That way, there would

be at least 53 true statesmen in DC.

It couldn't hurt.

Has anyone else looked at Trump's morning tweetstorm? The official psychiatric term for this

is "stark raving bugshit crazy"!

In any other era, the Repubs would be huddling with VP and cabinet members to invoke 25th Amendment, but this GOP caucus is merely a "parliament of whores" so they are just ducking the press and coordinating their indignant talking points.

The ugly ugly truth: thousands of us are dying horrible lonely deaths each week BECAUSE

Trump is in the White House---full stop.

"Whatever it takes."

Why do we continue to pretend that there is anyone in the Trump regime besides

"Der Furor" himself who "counts"?

It does no good at all to get a statement from Pompeo or Pence or Mnuchin or Fauci about anything. Trump routinely contradicts and overrules both his political hacks and the few genuine experts he's managed to retain.

The press should stop clambering for interviews with anyone but Trump. When McEnany dodges a question by suggesting that a journalist redirect their question to State or Justice or CDC, they should loudly refuse, stating that Trump is the only one who has any authority, often undercuts his own people and too much time has been wasted trying to obtain reliable information from people who are mere window dressings in an empty house. "If Trump or you, his chosen spokesperson, don't say it on the record, it is meaningless. Now, would you like me to repeat the question?"

Isn't it amazing how Tammy Duckworth, despite the loss of her legs in combat,

stands so much taller than the likes of her critics, Tucker Carlson and Donald Trump?

She calls bullshit by its name and I am proud and grateful that she is my senator.

For decades, any time the federal government wanted to compel some uniform policy

for the nation's schools,---racial integration, vaccinations, school lunch nutritional standards--- the Republican party and their racist, elitist and miserly base have stood up in unison and screamed "Local control! Our locally elected school boards know what is best for our schools!"

Now, however, when Trump and his fascist inner circle say that all schools MUST open for in-person classes without regard to local conditions, we hear not a peep from the champions of local control.

If one did not know better, one might conclude that there is some hypocrisy involved.

The Trump campaign strategy in a nutshell: "If we say it often enough on TV, it becomes TRUE!"

( Our supporters mindless tools. )

We built the wall.

We created the greatest economy in history.

We contained the pandemic and saved countless American lives.

We restored respect for America around the world.

We did more for "the blacks" than any president in history

No president has been tougher on Russia than Donald Trump.

Trump is a stable genius.

PROMISES MADE, PROMISES KEPT!

A review of Trump's rally speeches in 2016 has revealed a significant misquote.

Although it has been widely reported that Trump said "We're going to win so much! You're going to get so sick of winning!", what he actually said was "whining", "We're going to WHINE so much!", etc.

And, of course, that has turned out to be very accurate.
