Only one appropriate role
Given his lies, evasions and tantrum while testifying under oath, It is clear to me that there is only one appropriate role in any courtroom for Brett Kavanaugh, as a defendant.

Further thought on Kavanaugh hearing.
He said, "I like beer", present tense. So that tells me that he still likes beer. He's not sober. He's not on the wagon. He's not in AA. He still drinks. Maybe not as much as when he was young, but he still drinks.
