WASHINGTON — The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency announced today that Korean War Medal of Honor recipient, Army Chaplain (Capt.) Emil Joseph Kapaun, has been accounted for.

Texas allows a handgun license to count as valid voter ID, but a student ID doesn't count.

Those groups skew in opposite directions politically.

The voters aren't cheating; lawmakers are cheating.
