OK, it ain't Hollandaise, but it's pretty good on asparagus and salmon.
No proportions, but mix some mayo with lemon juice and a pinch or so of cayenne until you get a taste and consistency that you like.

My grandson graduated from high school by receiving his diploma at a pre-scheduled time, on campus, with only his family in attendance.

My take on the employment numbers.
My friend has a small business, a car dealership.
Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep.
In order not to have to repay the government loan he has to keep all his employees on payroll and re-employ any who were laid off.
I think that's where these numbers are coming from.
So that they don't have to repay loans, businesses are recalling laid off workers.
When the stimulus money runs out these folks will be on the street again.
