"Once Twitter saw that Waters simply pushed his mic out of her face, rather than "shoving" him, they let loose a barrage of parodies related to his claim, comparing the event to recurring gags you might see in a Looney Tunes cartoon."

Reporter Gets Roasted on Twitter for Accusing Rep. Maxine Waters of 'Shoving' Him
One reporter appeared as though he might have been the latest victim of such an attack. Michael Tracey, a journalist for The Young Turks, questioned legendary Representative Maxine Waters outside an event in Los Angeles. He initially claimed he was shoved by Waters when he tried to question her.

Thank you for BS' record on Voting For Regime
Change in Iraq, ehrnst.
In 1998, Bernie Sanders voted in favor of the Iraq Liberation Act of 1998, which said: It should be the policy of the United States to support efforts to remove the regime headed by Saddam Hussein from power in Iraq and to promote the emergence of a democratic government to replace that regime, on which 38 members of varying ideology and party affiliation voted no.
Later that same year, Sanders also backed a resolution that stated: Congress reaffirms that it should be the policy of the United States to support efforts to remove the regime headed by Saddam Hussein from power in Iraq and to promote the emergence of a democratic government to replace that regime."
