Sen Warnock does "NOT Want to Defund the Police"

"These issues are tragic, and our law enforcement officers lay it on the line every day. They have an ally with me. I just think that you can affirm what law enforcement officers do and hold them accountable."

"I do not want to defund the police. And Kelly Loeffler knows it. But she keeps saying this because she wants to distract from her own record."

Good on Sen Warnock for fending OFF the attacks from Loeffler.. It's still a gift to the gop.. Sara Gideon wasn't so fortunate.

Good Grief.. ".. is he pandering to us.."

I, for one, took Senator Schumer at face value.. he's wishing us a Happy 420.. no strings attached.

Also it's the Day that Derek Chauvin was found Guilty & Perp walked out of the Courtroom.

Aww.. Eric Boehlert does an

a Brilliant description of Jen Psaki at her job!

And, Wonkette!

"Press Secretary Jen Psaki is kind of badass at her job, and it's because of the extremely non-combative way she is just FINISHED WITH YOUR SHIT," Wonkette observed. "It's just like ... some kind of assassin thing where some idiot asks her an idiot question and she handles it so quickly and quietly and effectively, the poor idiot's liver is bleeding out before they even feel a thing."

4 Super Leafy Greens for Improved Eyesight

1. Spinach

Spinach is the ultimate leafy green when it comes to improving eyesight. The small leaf is packed with lutein and zeaxanthin, which are healthy antioxidants your eyes and body need.

These antioxidants help to prevent free radicals in the eyes. When free radicals are present, they lead the cells in your eyes to die off. They can leave you open to various vision conditions and diseases.

One disease that spinach helps to prevent is macular degeneration. Macular degeneration is a disease that affects the macula of the eye, which is found at the center of the retina. It is the leading cause of blindness in older adults.

When the macula begins to degenerate, it will slowly diminish a person’s central vision. Though the macula will eventually degenerate, foods like spinach help to keep the disease at bay.
