Republicans in the South Carolina statehouse have proposed legislation that would make it illegal to ask people about their vaccination status. The law would apply to any representative of any public entity - including private businesses and employers - and the misdemeanor offense could cost as much as $14,000 in fines. Author Chasten Buttigieg joins Jonathan Capehart to discuss the bill, which he says would "tell young kids that something is wrong with you.
