Another sewer rate increase!

I just got a notification from my sewer utility. They want a rate increase of over 27% this year. Last time they raised the rates, they also changed things so that all residential customers paid the same. Since then, single people like me pay the same as large families. I have been looking at the rules for the the public hearing.

It's really starting to feel like single people who own homes are not wanted in this area.
