it is "unlikely" that his/her vote will be counted by the Romney-owned machines!
It has nothing to do with whether these folks actually show up at the polls. Gallup-folk know the ratio in advance, so they can postulate the results because that's how the algorithm is set. "Easy".

I would just add that those of us who are old enough to recall the columnist Dorothy Kilgallen's pronouncement that she had explosive evidence concerning the JFK assassination. Shortly thereafter, she was dead of an "apparent suicide" and all other notes in the matter had been burned.

The had a sale on gas: $1.84 per gallon sponsored by a group whose signs were clearly anti-Obama, e.g. "Hope and change won't fill my gas tank" and "Fill up at pre-Obama gas prices". And worse.
A big long line as you can well imagine but the usual funny part came after my family and I we finished with dinner next door, when they closed the sale with about 20 cars in the queue. One guy got out of his car and said, "You have to sell the gas at the price on the sign, fuckers. You fuckers are trying a bait and switch, you fuckers." Got back into his car,slammed the door and pulled out laying rubber and yelling.
Serves him right.
I ain't never going back to those slimy bastards ever again. I'd rather run out of gas and have to walk a half-mile.

One thing about THIS election:
there's no shortage of assholes for people of a certain mind to hate. Not hate as in "I hate the Yankees" or "I hate winter" or "I hate time changes", it is hate as in Barbara Bush Sr. kind of hate. Those of us old enough to remember that paragon of virtue and lightness of being Richard Nixon recall that he corrected Bob Haldeman when Haldeman accused Nixon of hating everybody, by saying that he was an amateur compared to Barbara Bush, now SHE knows how to hate.
I mean, who in a million years would ever think that the son of a candidate for the Presidency of our great land, would tell a radio interviewer that he wanted to punch out the President of these United States? Unfathomable just 12 short years ago, but de riguer now. Who would have believed that a candidate for President would berate and otherwise abuse a debate moderator, who just happened to be female, not once but twice in two weeks, knowing full well that half the people who vote are women? Can it be so that a sitting United States Senator would tell a debate audience to look at his opponent because he did not think that she looked like a Native American, even though she had been told by her family since she was a wee one that she had Native American heritage? When did you ever hear the son of a former governor of a moderate state state during his father's campaign that the sitting President could go back to Kenya from whence he came? Perhaps most importantly, did you ever think that you would hear media folk embrace a candidate who "won" a debate by screaming over the moderator, ignoring instructions, and lying continuously through his blood-caked teeth?
How can you win an argument by telling lies? Does this validate Hitler and Mussolini and Stalin? Would the mainstream media in the United States feel that Hitler had posited his anti-Semitic rants so well that he was America's best hope for the future?
You tell me the answers to these questions. I, quite frankly, have no idea where this is all going. All I know is that I am now filled with hatred after years and years of listening to lies and the lying liars who tell them without reproach, without reprimand, and without anxiety.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: when you teach your kid to drive, there is a point at which you tell them to be careful of, say, telephone poles which are too close to the roadway. Invariably, some new drivers are so nervous about the pole, that they focus on it and inadvertently start steering the car towards it and you often have to say, "Watch your right!". This is expected of neophyte drivers.
Last night, this clown nominated by the American version of the Fascisti, did the same thing conceptually. To wit:
You can bet that they told him ten thousand times not to bring up anything which might have to do with the 47% dinner party, to not think about it, to not acknowledge it unless it is brought up by the President, and then defend the statement with the usual convoluted Rethug bullshit. So what does this guy do? He, who could have used the term "everybody" or "everyone" or "all", used the term "one hundred percent"....DING DING DING! WE HAVE A WINNAH!!!! Obama knocked that hanging curve over the plate in the bottom of the Ninth (baseball) and there was no time left on the clock (football).
You can also wager that he had a whole pre-planned speech about Libya and how the President fumbled the ball (football) in an attempt to perpetrate a cover-up. Instead, the idjit who has no capacity to improvise tried to field the ball and it went right between his wickets (baseball) flanked by Magic Underwear of course. Here's the really funny part: he had insulted/tried to embarrass the moderator who was probably prone to assisting him and she got her revenge, making history by reversing the call (football) after the challenge flag had been thrown (football again) for the first time since 1860.
Smart money would tell him that it would be unwise to start telling the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES that he has to "wait his turn" as though he were some child in line for the Petting Zoo. Independent Voters hate that shit: they think the Office of the President deserves some fair respect. The Fascists believe that that is true unless a Democrat is inexplicably elected to the office, in which case, anyone may take a giant dump on the Administration and its Leader, who also happens to be the COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF of the Armed Services...unless of course he's a Democrat, in which case he is a traitor and a Commie and a Kenyan and a coward. The 'audible gasp' you heard from the audience was remarkable for this was the first time in recorded history that a candidate from a major political party tried this on the President of the United States. It was as historic in its own right as Marian Anderson's appearance on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial.
These are just THREE of the ridiculous missteps of Governor Putz who has no concept of consequence-of-action: whether it be the tying of his dog to the roof of a car, or holding a kid down and cutting his hair, or having workers build a stage from which they would be fired, or the tripping of his daughter-in-law during a race, or the illegal misrepresentation of himself as a police officer pulling over automobiles, to....well you get the point. This guy is rudderless, without fear of reprisal, without morality or sensibility, and without humanity. He is all the more dangerous since he "looks well" and "speaks well"...as did many dictators.
