its awake and tweeting

retweeting breitbart about Alito's federalist society speech and also another tweet claiming election fraud

I'm sure that last one will be flagged again by Twitter

Just in case the trump crime family needs help moving (a bit rough but....)

Judge Kiley presses the Trump campaign:

Their solicitation of witnesses produced sworn affidavits that his own investigation determined were "clearly false," "spam as you put it."

The ones they could not prove were false, they submitted to the court.

Trump camp: "Correct."

Judge Kiley: "This is concerning."

"How is that a reliable process of gathering evidence?"

Kory Langhofer

That's the name of the Trump campaign attorney insisting that those form-produced sworn affidavits are somehow reliable even though a subset of them were false.

Because the form had a CAPTCHA.

Their evidence is information submitted from an online form!!!!

This is beyond a farce at this point. Judges need to start initiating sanctions, fines and disbarring these lawyers

OH Gov DeWine says "President-elect Biden" this morning

https://twitter.com/JohnBerman/status/1326881646713442307

Hopefully more and more start saying it and then that keeps pressure on the PA State Legislature (and others) to stop being seditious pricks

PA morning update - Biden lead still increasing. Up over 53k!

PA
Biden: 3,385,459
trump: 3,332,215

New Biden: 4,286
New trump: 2,489

% New Biden: 53.72%

My estimate for final vote difference is about 65k lead for Biden which will be *just* shy of a full 1pt lead

AZ morning update from overnight - Come on. Call this, everyone! AP/Fox will end up being right!

trump has been underperforming in the last several batches

Hannity tried equating Biden's congratulatory calls with Logan Act violations

Quite the stretch

In fact Hannity stretched so far, he would have been able to tag out a runner sliding into home...from center field!!

President-Elect Biden's Chief of Staff wrote THIS re: Covid. In JANUARY

Coronavirus Is Coming—And Trump Isn’t Ready
In order to combat the disease, the president will have to trust the kind of government experts he has disdained and dismissed.
https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2020/01/now-trump-needs-deep-state-fight-coronavirus/605752/
The U.S. government has the tools, talent, and team to help fight the coronavirus abroad and minimize its impact at home. But the combination of Trump’s paranoia toward experienced government officials (who lack “loyalty” to him), inattention to detail, opinionated rejection of science and evidence, and isolationist instincts may prove toxic when it comes to managing a global-health security challenge. To succeed, Trump will have to trust the kind of government experts he has disdained to date, set aside his own terrible instincts, lead from the White House, and work closely with foreign leaders and global institutions—all things he has failed to do in his first 1,200 days in office.

We do not know yet how grave a threat the new coronavirus will turn out to be. On the one hand, scientists have quickly sequenced the virus and are working on a vaccine. China has imposed draconian quarantines to slow the virus’s spread, and is rapidly building massive new hospitals to treat its victims. To date, the U.S. has seen only a handful of cases, all of them the product of travel to China, not transmission here. These are causes for concern, but not overwrought fear.

But on the other hand, there are some worrisome developments. Models suggest that the cases in China may number in the hundreds of thousands—many times what the government has reported. Perhaps a million or more people left Wuhan before the quarantines, and could be spreading the virus widely. Other countries are reporting cases of the virus among people who were not in China; there are even reports that individuals may be infectious before the onset of symptoms (a substantial complication to traditional public-health screening). And the economic impact of a massive epidemic in China on the global economy is difficult to predict.

What will Trump do about it? His track record offers us two data points, one horrible and one merely disappointing.

Competence matters

Republican Hypocrisy level - INFINITE!

Leave it to the Brits to perfectly describe the insanity of trump/GOP lawsuits

BBC: For Biden’s leads to be wrong, “that would mean we’re witnessing either the greatest administrative error in US electoral history or the greatest fraud — and if that’s the case, Mr. Trump & his allies are keeping the evidence to themselves.”

So succinct but yet says so much!
