Seems eerily similar in claims to the Wayne County, MI suit (which has been noted as multiple examples of extraordinary lack of knowledge of how elections are actually performed)

The City of Detroit filed a response in a related state case. It discusses some of the issues the Republican poll watchers observed, and basically says the things they thought were suspicious were the process working as it was supposed to, which they didn't understand.

This is an illustration of how small the fights are the Trump campaign is picking. They are losing in court everywhere, but even if they win their cases, it's not enough votes to change the results.

As someone who litigates a lot of post-election cases, I find it all quite odd.

Just in: Pennsylvania Secretary of State reports just 10k ballots came in between Nov. 3 and Nov. 6. Biden wins Pennsylvania without those votes.

Here are the facts: Richard Hopkins is a USPS employee in Erie, Pa.

He signed a sworn affidavit with allegations of ballot tampering/fraud and went public through Project Veritas.

#USPS IG began investigating last week.

#USPS IG investigators informed Committee staff today that they interviewed Hopkins on Friday, but that Hopkins RECANTED HIS ALLEGATIONS yesterday and did not explain why he signed a false affidavit.

A brief observation about the current state of the counting process...

One of the big reasons there's so much anxiety over final counting is we're now watching the mundane, tedious period when provisionals come into play & final numbers finally come into view, but not w/o a lot of slow, pain-staking processing.

Everything is working as it should be
