So the Duggars with their 18 kids successfully help remove a ban against

discrimination of people, (any people who they don't like)

They actually went out of their way to make lives harder for certain races, LGTB, the disabled etc.)

This is what michelle Duggar said in her robocall right before the election.

"Hello, this is Michelle Duggar. I’m calling to inform you of some shocking news that would affect the safety of Northwest Arkansas women and children."

"The Fayetteville City Council is voting on an ordinance this Tuesday night that would allow men – yes I said men – to use womens and girls restrooms, locker rooms, showers, sleeping areas and other areas that are designated for females only. I don’t believe the citizens of Fayetteville would want males with past child predator convictions that claim they are female to have a legal right to enter private areas that are reserved for women and girls. "

Change.org started a petition to the learning channel to pull them off the air.

It had 22 signatures and then they killed it!!!!

Please sign the petition to the Learning Channel. I would love it if they were made to pay for their mean spirited behavior. And parading around irresponsible parenting is not a family value.

What does it mean to say 51% of exchange veterans don't plan to return for round two?

On the other hand, a slight majority of the exchange veterans (51 percent) say they don't plan to return for round two, which begins Nov. 15.

Do people have to sign up every year?????? And That does sound like a high number but at the link to bankrate they say it is kind of normal.

It started with this story on Yahoo finance:

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/obamacare-could-face-large-numbers-101500195.html?soc_src=mediacontentstory

"More than half the people who enrolled in Obamacare last year don’t plan to sign up again—and that’s bad news for the president’s health care law.

A new Bankrate survey reveals that 53 percent of current Obamacare enrollees who signed up through the exchanges said they would not be enrolling for 2015. Their reason--“much higher prices for health plans.”

==============================================================

So I went to bankrate and found this:

"Obamacare users wary of new enrollment season
By Jay MacDonald • Bankrate.com

Those who experienced the rocky rollout of the Obamacare health exchanges firsthand are feeling nervous about prices and wary of technical glitches on the eve of the second open enrollment period, according to the latest Bankrate Health Insurance Pulse survey. All of the survey respondents were from households that used the exchanges during the initial open enrollment last fall and winter.

Within that group of respondents, a slight majority -- 52 percent -- report they had a positive experience, and 53 percent feel confident that the online health insurance marketplace will operate smoothly this time around. In an earlier Bankrate survey, only 39 percent of the general population expressed confidence that the exchanges will work well during the new signup season.

On the other hand, a slight majority of the exchange veterans (51 percent) say they don't plan to return for round two, which begins Nov. 15.

How can this be true? Texas made up 43% of total gain in jobs in the country?

I lost my nerness over the years and I can barely figure out a simple math equation. But it just doesn't seem right what this right wing rag says about Rick Perry and jobs. Here is the snap shot and the link is at the bottom. Please someone tell me what is going on?
=========================================================================

Rick Perry and the state of Texas has had a major impact on Obama’s net gains in job growth to the tune of 43% according to JP Updates, and the funny thing is Texas only accounts for less than 10% of the total US population:

From the start of February 2009 (Obama’s first full month in office) through the end of May 2013 (the last month there is available Federal data for jobs per state) the United States had a net gain of 2,076,000 jobs. In the same time, Texas had a net gain of 882,582 jobs. In other words, 43% of the net job gains since Obama’s first full month in office are from Texas. This is a major success for Perry considering that his State has less than 7% of the overall U.S. population.

Those jobs numbers are from the Federal Bureau of Labor Statistics so there is no room for the Left to argue that the Texas numbers are no good. And the breakdown is as follows:

11,082,548 were employed in Texas at the start of February 2009. The number rose to 11,965,130 at the end of May 2013; a net gain of 882,582 jobs. Nationwide, 133,631,000 (133.63 million) were employed at the start of February 2009, and the number rose to 135.7 million at the end of May; a growth of 2.076 million jobs.

I cannot think of any empirical way the percentage of Muslims that are terrorists can be quantified

Someone posted a stupid video, the 4th anti-Muslim post since yesterday.

Anyway, the woman speaking as if she is some authority says there are 1.2 billion Muslims in the world and 25% of them are terrorists. That is 300 Million terrorists in the Muslim faith.

I think it is bullshit but before I say anything can anyone confirm or debunk what I have said.

Here is the page where it originated. It is from a video.

An update about a situation that I wrote about a couple months back

http://www.democraticunderground.com/12491233#post13

In essence it was about how everyone was fighting as how I felt rejected by my mother and my brother and how I couldn't stop hating on my step father. Or that is how I see it now.

I took everyone's advice and actually sat down with my step father and found out that he was hurting also. He apologized to me and I apologized to him.

My brother and I were just arguing about the situation and he was constantly taking our step father's side and I felt rejected by him because I thought he didn't recognize my pain. So I just sent him an email that said, "I don't want to fight anymore. Love, Maraya" And he, (a Christian minister) wrote back, "To this I say happily, AMEN" We've been closer since then then since we were in high school.

And my Mom just called me and I was thrilled about that. We are back to the great relationship we had for several years.

The power of forgiveness. The power of helpful people. The power of love.

Thank you all so much my friends.

FireFox is going cray on me! It is like

Firefox is filled with malware and viruses and Google Chrome, which I am now using is OK?

The last SpyHunter scan I did found a few hundred malware but when I clicked to fix it it only removed some and left 151. I guess I should run it again.

Please Help!

Well look what the Mayo Clinic just told me about abortion. Please spread this very well concealed

information around! Consider that most abortions happen in the 1st to 6th week.

http://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-living/pregnancy-week-by-week/in-depth/prenatal-care/art-20045302

Weeks 1 and 2 - You are NOT even pregnant.

"Weeks 1 and 2: Getting ready

It might seem strange, but you're not actually pregnant the first week or two of the time allotted to your pregnancy. Yes, you read that correctly!

Conception typically occurs about two weeks after your last period begins. To calculate your due date, your health care provider will count ahead 40 weeks from the start of your last period. This means your period is counted as part of your pregnancy — even though you weren't pregnant at the time."

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Week 3: Fertilization

Illustration of fertilization and implantation Fertilization and implantation
The sperm and egg unite in one of your fallopian tubes to form a one-celled entity called a zygote. If more than one egg is released and fertilized, you might have multiple zygotes.

The zygote typically has 46 chromosomes — 23 from you and 23 from the father. These chromosomes help determine your baby's sex, traits such as eye and hair color, and, to some extent, personality and intelligence.

Soon after fertilization, the zygote travels down the fallopian tube toward the uterus. At the same time, it will begin dividing to form a cluster of cells resembling a tiny raspberry — a morula.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Week 4: Implantation

By the time it reaches the uterus, the rapidly dividing ball of cells — now known as a blastocyst — has separated into two sections.

The inner group of cells will become the embryo. The outer group will become the cells that nourish and protect it. On contact, the blastocyst will burrow into the uterine wall for nourishment. This process is called implantation.

The placenta, which will nourish your baby throughout the pregnancy, also begins to form.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Week 5: The embryonic period begins - IT IS NOT EVEN AN EMBRYO UNTIL THE 5TH WEEK!

The fifth week of pregnancy, or the third week after conception, marks the beginning of the embryonic period. This is when the baby's brain, spinal cord, heart and other organs begin to form. (More at the link)

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Week 6: The neural tube closes -

Growth is rapid this week. Just four weeks after conception, the neural tube along your baby's back is closing and your baby's heart is pumping blood

(More at the link)

Why wasn't I ever told this and why is not common knowledge? The morning after pill is just like taking the birth control pill. You are not even pregnant!
