What different White Houses
If Obama were pres and awaiting a vote on something he considered important, he'd wait up, and make an announcement.
Trump, instead, is either sleeping with WH people tiptoeing around whispering frantically deciding who has to wake him and tell him, or maybe they'll let him sleep in and in the meantime chose straws over who will be the news bearer.
Meanwhile, his twitter is refreshed a brazillion times.

I know there's something about Pres being immune to some lawsuits, but when does this become libel?
