***** Finals for the Feb Photo Contest ***** NATIONAL AND STATE PARKS Time to vote

We usually take the top three vote getters in each preliminary thread for the final voting - plus the next highest vote getter to make it 10 photos.

I am pleased to show you the 10 finalists, and tell you that in the run-off the “Petroglyph National Monument, New Mexico” prevailed
BUT at the very end
the “Rocky Mountain Reflects” ended up to be the 10th one having the highest vote count by one vote. So they both got in for the finals.

Here they are:

Please vote, keep them kicked, and enjoy.
We love your comments.
Thank you all!

*****A brief run-off*****Please vote for your favorite photo here

We take the top 3 vote getters from the individual voting threads and then the next highest vote getter to make the final one.
Sometimes, like this time, we have a tie and I need you to break it.

We have two vote getters from thread one that ended up with the same amount of votes.

Rocky Mountain Reflects

Petroglyph National Monument, New Mexico

Please vote for your favorite. We have time, even though it is February, because everything moved along so smoothly.
I will run this for one day, and then make the thread for the final voting.

It was awful - ****GD went away**** while I was posting the third thread

Here is what happened - and how I chose to deal with it
I did not - after a reboot - and some other ways to call for and spell out GD (LOL)
have any choice but to post the third thread in the photo group, then hoping eventually to link them up.

you will find the three links there or here

this was quite awful - but as you know it was a bad co-incidence and thank goodness not my fault

If you see anything amiss please let me know, I'm still all shook up.
