Administrations talking heads and talking points are fully distributed and they are pushing back hard on the Russian collusion thingy. Even though Jr. provided absolute proof of their collusion.
Trump himself is feeling the pressure and has taken to excessive tweeting this a.m. - still - in his mind - rehashing the election and trying to pass blame on Hillary, the Dems, and the MSM.
We need to keep the pressure up on these people. We need to always keep in mind that - yes Trump is a problem - but the main problem is that the Repugs keep on defending him and are still putting Party before Country.
We must defeat the Repugs in 2018 and 2020. We need to take back control of the House and Senate - then we could deal with the likes of Trump and his treasonous administration and family.
Any Theories Out There As To How Deep The Russian Involvement Goes....
within our government? How much further than the Trump team/administration did the Russian government penetrate the U.S.?
Some say it involves the Repug Party - but what agencies of our government might have been penetrated?
Intelligence agencies? Military?
Why Are We Ignoring The Elephant In The Room?....
we've experienced a coup d'etat. Why is the MSM ignoring that?
I've posted the following before and I think it is time to bring it up again.
I believe that the only way to recover our government back from this coup - is a peaceful military takeover with the military setting up an independent special prosecutor. The military would maintain control until all is revealed, the traitors are dealt with and plans are made to restore our government with a special election.
Why Are We Believing That Nothing Was Gained In Jr's Meeting
with this Russian lawyer. Both Jr. & Sr. have said the same thing - but both of them are known liars. How are we sure that no info came from this meeting either at this meeting or provided after this meeting?
Why are we taking their word for this?

we have certainly come a long way from 'freedom fries'.
Prediction: I Don't Believe The Notable Repugs That Say They Are Leaving The Party As Sincere....
I believe they are doing this to position the Repug Party for the 2018 Midterms.
They are making Trump the excuse for leaving the Party now - and when Trump is dealt with (and I'm hoping and I believe they are hoping as well he will not still be our president) before 2018 - they could loudly come back into the Party and say this is the Party that they know and love and that everybody now can get back on board with them and the Party to re-elect those Repugs that are running in 2018.
Two in mind are George Will and Joe Scarborough. I'm thinking we will see a number more declaring themselves as Independents before long. I believe this is their strategy to win in 2018.
Do you think I'm on the right track about this?
Today I Was Pondering What Must Be Going Through Trump's Mind These Days - Cause Now He's Stuck.....
With his ego he just had to run for president. Thought he'd be on top of the world. Maybe even thinking - I won't win - but I'll give a good go of it - get some jabs in on Obama and Hillary. Perhaps make the Trump brand even more popular and then go back to my company and make even more money.
He put his all into the race. Used his celebrity. Enlisted his faithful TV fans. And began spewing a bunch of lies contrary to all of his opponents. He was encouraged as these lies worked and he took down - one by one - his Repug opponents. He won the Repug nomination. And then all of a sudden he thought - hey - I think I could even win this thing. How cool. To be president. When he came to this realization - he went for it and pulled out all the stops. Even if it meant calling in some favors by some of his past business associates. Even the Russian ones.
And then he won. He beat Hillary. He even began believing his own spiel - that he's a D.C. outsider and that he'll change things. But way in the back of his mind he realizes he really didn't win this thing fairly and squarely. I got to think that even he knows down deep that he's in over his head. And the last 6 months proved that out.
He fights back these negative thoughts - not wanting to acknowledge that he knows he's in over his head. He tries to put on a good front. He tries to act presidential. But it just doesn't work for him. Bottom line he's a businessman and he's come to the realization that he can't run Washington and this country like a business.
Now I'm thinking he is longing for the days that he wasn't president. When he had the freedom to do whatever and not be questioned by anyone. Running his company. Working with his kids. Deal making. Golfing. Womanizing. Winning. People loved him. He was a celebrity. He had a popular TV show.
But now - this is all unraveling. He'd like to get out - but it's too late. He's stuck. His heart tells him to resign and go back to his previous business life. But his ego is telling him he has to stay because he can't face the prospect of having his supporters know that he's given up - that he's lost instead of won.
So even if he wanted to turn back the clock - he can't now. He's a prisoner in his own world. His own ego. He created all this by himself.
This can't turn out pretty for him. Everyday he sinks further into an abyss. Popularity is waning. Even some of his supporters are beginning to question their loyalty to him. His behind the scenes maneuvering is now beginning to catch up with him. He's facing new legal problems on a daily basis. His family is even being brought into his problems and how soon will they turn on each other and how soon will they turn on him.
The sad thing now is he realizes he can't go back. And he realizes that moving forward is only fraught with more problems. As he looks into the future - he is realizing that he's even killed his brand. He's ruined the Trump name.
Must be lonely up their in his head. Even crowded with all these negative thoughts now. It's no wonder why he pulls back into his shell and watches TV instead of doing his job. It's no wonder why he lashes out on twitter - his only friend. They only thing that really understands him.
You see where this is going and it ain't going good. He's got to regret that he even got involved in this political game now. Bottom line people - he's stuck. He ain't going nowhere and nowhere is beginning to look like a real hellish place. He can't go back - he's paralyzed to go forward. And we the American People are going to have to contend with this guy - until he finally does himself in by tweeting, saying or doing something stupid - and the system does him in. With all his other negative attributes - we can add 'pathetic' to the list.
A Cousin Of Mine - A Die-Hard Trump Supporter - Said He Feels That The Repugs Are Sandbagging Trump.
to make him look like a failed president. That they are on purpose not passing health care; tax reform, the wall, etc - because they really don't like Trump and they want him to fail. He said that a number of staunch Trump supporters feel that way.
I didn't know how to respond to him. I was speechless. I couldn't believe what he was saying.
Has anyone else here run into that perspective?
