Three weeks ago? See this all the time... Story about a court date, a deposition for this and that .. you know, various criminal endeavors. Perhaps you have to have an in to proceedings to know what became of it? ( Obviously press must not). What about Jennifer Weissellberg? She was supposed to testify last month too!
