Wisconsin appeals court overturns order to purge more than 200,000 voters from rolls
A Wisconsin court of appeals handed Democrats a win on Friday by overturning a ruling that sought to purge up to 209,000 people from voter registration rolls.
The ruling gives a boost to Democrats in a state that's poised to play a decisive role in the 2020 presidential race. President Trump won Wisconsin by fewer than 23,000 votes in 2016.

Explainer: Coronavirus reappears in discharged patients, raising questions in containment fight
David Stanway, Kate Kelland
SHANGHAI/LONDON (Reuters) - A growing number of discharged coronavirus patients in China and elsewhere are testing positive after recovering, sometimes weeks after being allowed to leave the hospital, which could make the epidemic harder to eradicate.
On Wednesday, the Osaka prefectural government in Japan said a woman working as a tour-bus guide had tested positive for the coronavirus for a second time. This followed reports in China that discharged patients throughout the country were testing positive after their release from the hospital.
An official at Chinas National Health Commission said on Friday that such patients have not been found to be infectious.
Experts say there are several ways discharged patients could fall ill with the virus again. Convalescing patients might not build up enough antibodies to develop immunity to SARS-CoV-2, and are being infected again. The virus also could be biphasic, meaning it lies dormant before creating new symptoms.
But some of the first cases of reinfection in China have been attributed to testing discrepancies.

CHICAGO (CBS) Former Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel had a clear warning for Democrats: A primary victory for Bernie Sanders puts the whole future of the party at risk.
His candidacy is built on a false premise, strategically and policy-wise, Emanuel, who served in both Clinton and Obama administrations, said of the far left canidate on CBS This Morning.
Bernie Sanders view is, I dont want these moderate and fickle voters. We just have to turn out our base, Emanuel said. His view is, forget the center, we just want to be left. And thats never been tried.
Emanuel pointed to six electionsthe four presidential wins by Clinton and Obama and the two midterms in 2006 and 2018in which a center left strategy and big urban and suburban turnout were the keys to victory.
Sanders, who has emerged as the front runner after early primaries, is an ideological risk policy-wise. I dont think there are 70 million waiting socialists to be woken, who dont know they are socialists yet.
He cited Illinois House districts, which are traditionally conservative but were flipped blue in 2018. None of those candidates has rushed to back Sanders. Similar seats nationwide are in jeopardy without a plan to reach moderate voters at the top of the ticket.

?????
How can DU, in terms of whom we support be so different than national polls ?
If legit ??? That is, if no one manipulating results of OUR primaries, polls, and caucuses ( #$@&$), then..... Would love it if the Sanders supporters here would help the rest of us.
Help/Make us love him. For me, it's light years away, at this point
