Is this a glitch?

It was locked and after a lack of consensus, it was re-opened.

The thread was unlocked by a host with no name and then the OP was able to self-delete.

I am fine with a self-delete -- that is always a personal choice, what I don't understand is how a host with no name can unlock a thread.
