He went with ginning up his base in ways that could kill and

innocents with COVID-19 with his Liberate tweets. That is the point. It is not a well thought through strategy to liberate people from liviing as Trump was doing with his liberate campaign, also to bankrupt Liberal governors which would directly attack the obama-obama-trump voters and their wellbeing. I think labelling Biden as pro communist is just reusing the anti socialist campaign they had planned to run against Bernie. They got nothing. I wonder if not enabling testing is so there will be no narrative of who and when COVID-19 spreads when it spreads again because contact tracing will tell a detailed story if it had the funding.

Trumpists Urge Defiance of Social Distancing Rules

Trumpists Urge Defiance of Social Distancing Rules

“A protest movement is taking hold targeting states that have extended social-distancing rules, closed schools and restricted access to large religious gatherings. And it’s being fed by loyalists and political allies of President Trump,” the Daily Beast reports.

“The tension has prompted Republican lawmakers and supporters of the president to publicly call for Americans to defy their local orders, claiming they infringe on constitutional rights.”

Detroit News: “Hundreds of demonstrators lined the streets around the Michigan Capitol Wednesday for a rally to protest Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s stay-at-home order, which aims to protect public health during the coronavirus pandemic.”

Darwin award members. Unfortunately they'll take the vulnerable population of Detroit with them.

Governors Take Control of When to Reopen

Governors Take Control of When to Reopen

“States on the country’s East and West coasts are forming their own regional pacts to work together on how to reopen from the stay-at-home orders each has issued to limit the spread of the novel coronavirus,” CNN reports.

“The first such group to be announced came Monday on the East Coast. Democratic New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said his state, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Rhode Island each plan to name a public health and economic official to a regional working group. The chief of staff of the governor of each state also will be a part of the group, which will begin work immediately to design a reopening plan.”

“Later on Monday, the West Coast states of California, Washington and Oregon also announced they are joining forces in a plan to begin incremental release of stay-at-home orders.”

If only there were some way for the States to all organize together so they have the might to buy supplies at low cost and have expertese centralized.for times such as these. Seriously, does Kuschner and the Heritage Foundation want to erase the federal government so no entity will be big enough to tell big business what to do or what to pay or what laws and regulations to follow? And look here. Big business is trying to control the federal government to open up the economy. Thank god for the States. https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/2020/04/13/trump-reopen-economy-conservative-groups-coronavirus/

Mitch McConnell Blames Impeachment For Trump Coronavirus Incompetence

Mitch McConnell Blames Impeachment For Trump Coronavirus Incompetence

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has claimed impeachment distracted the federal government from the Coronavirus. The Kentucky Republican suggested the impeachment trial made dealing with the global pandemic more difficult.

McConnell spoke to conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt on Tuesday and took the opportunity to link impeachment to the pandemic.

Hewitt praised Republican Senator Tom Cotton for apparently realizing Coronavirus was a problem earlier than others.

“Let me talk to you a little bit about Senator Cotton,” Hewitt said.

Because Trump can only handle one thing at a time. Why is he president?

After accusing them of hoarding masks yesterday.

People do not start running around again till there is a very low rate of infection

When the rate of infection is very low there will be more herd immunity for us and the virus will move on to look for other hosts, hosts that don't exist as everyone is self isolating. Imagine if the Trump said two months ago "stand by yourself and have no contact with anybody else for the next 14 days". The virus would have caused havock on the people who already had it but, after 14 days, the virus would be mostly gone because it could not survive having no new hosts and the 8 cases could be isolated and resolved in the near future. With fewer infected people, there is less virus around. So when we are coming down the other side of the curve we have bent, it is important to not stop self isolation until the rate of infection has fallen really, really low. And not before then. Otherewise, the crisis could reboot. When that point is reached and people start to run around you keep testing and put out new clusters here and there. It could very well come back in a big way again. And then again. But at that point we might have a vaccine or better treatments and more and more herd immunity. It could turn seasonal. Depends how long people who have had the virus stay immune. Or how much coronavirus mutates. That would lessen herd immunity. The hope is that it is this one time and we get our act together and stamp out little outbreaks here and there and develop a vaccine. Or ten. You are right to be worried.

Think of all that shaded area under the curve as the amount of virus there is.

Don't take word or anybody elses. Read the Hammer and the Dance (i found the graphs really hard to follow so i gave up and just read the text). https://medium.com/%40tomaspueyo/coronavirus-the-hammer-and-the-dance-be9337092b56

Because medical price gauging should only be done by the CEOs of

big pharma. How else to realize the libertarian dream of hell for poor people and deals for the rich with no middle class with any power. If only the planet was a game of golf where the closer you are to your goal of being 1% the easier everything gets. But if you are born poor you get nothing. Less than nothing. If you scramble your way to the lower middle class all you can afford is a skinny healthcare plan that doesn't help you if someone in your family gets really, really sick and only the rich can afford diabetes medication. What a wonderful world to build.

Trumps thanks all the ceos for coming together. "It's a miracle", apparently. What about

healthcare workers showing up for multiple shifts in danger zones? Is that a miracle? Or are they still mask and ppe hoarders? Trump thinks some reporter should go to the hospitals and ask where the masks are. And why are they using 30 times more masks? Um maybe because they have to remask for every patient they see no matter what the diagnosis as any doctor, nurse, heartbypass patient, pregnant woman, child tonsilitus patient, cancer surgery patient, orderly, or coronavirus victim could all be a carriers of COVID-19.

With great emotive reaction Tucker Carlson wants Burr gone. They need

a showtrial to prove they are not corrupt when the GOP and anything they legislate absolutely are. Called a truthline they are running. Conservative Premier Doug Ford in Ontario holds a press conference every day to protest and embarass price gougers. He makes the news every night doing that. The word is out in conservative circles: the people know they are corrupt. Time for mitigation lest that knowledge becomes a wave.

Or maybe ventilators could be sent across the country as each state

hits peak COVID-19. RIGHT NOW the stockpiles would go to New York. In 4 weeks they might go to Louisianna. Like that.
