Murder/Suicide

We are without water because our pipes were burst when they were frozen
and the city had to put new registers on water, but ONLY if the pipes were not broken.

Husband thought putting all excrement in bags and bottles was fine, except, now our entire home is covered in bags of piss and shit and bottles of piss.

I have told him to toss it out a bit at a time, but he has done nothing.

Swearing he will dump it in the yard.

It has become truly beyond his ability to fix...except death to us both?
