Ah. That would be me.

That is lovely.

I've not heard of Christina Georgina Rossetti until now. Her words provide a powerful message.

I feel a trip to the book store in my future.

Thank you

To me, a true feeling is one that flows naturally throughout the senses.

Pain of disillusionment is real.
It colors the rest of our life, what we make of the lesson is entirely up to each individual.

I can understand that.

There is a beginning and end to everything.
IMO: At times the end is so painful that the beginning becomes meaningless.

Copies of Diamonds and Rust have always been in my car or my bedroom since my 20s.

I love that song. Thank you for posting it on my thread. Now I won't have to search for it.

True feelings never die

Posted without comment.
Think about how many times you've felt this.

I've only had two hidden post in all of my time at DU.

The first one: I really lost my temper in LBN over a rape related issue.
I know better ... since I tell my friends to act not react.

The second hidden post was checked with a TOS so MIRT got it. I was part of MIRT at the time ... seriously most of 'em laughed at the alert. So did I. Oh and I still do. I love DU. I've grown a thicker bark (as one of my favorite DUers used to tell me by PM. He was there for me when I needed him the most).

About In_The_Wind

Do not go gentle into that good night, Old age should burn and rave at close of day; Rage, rage against the dying of the light. Though wise men at their end know dark is right, Because their words had forked no lightning they Do not go gentle into that good night. Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay, Rage, rage against the dying of the light. Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight, And learn, too late, they grieve it on its way, Do not go gentle into that good night. Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay, Rage, rage against the dying of the light. ~~~~~~~~~ For, it ends in the blink of an eye. Carpe Diem (Seize the day)!
