This is an argument you can use with teabagger types, and win.

That means, in short, these businesses are making we, the taxpayers, pay their bills, while they pad their bank accounts. Your tax dollars, being stolen to pay the bills that businesses are too greedy to pay themselves. That means higher taxes for all of us, meaning less money in our pockets."

Not everyone cares about social justice, sad to say. But almost everyone objects to being robbed.

In response to the predictable attempts to rehabilitate Nader for the next election cycle (like this: http://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=view_post&forum=1002&pid=4110265 ), I humbly submit the following rebuttal. It is packed with insights, insults, and links to facts (a thing often overlooked when this topic is "discussed&quot that buttress my case.

So, Healthcare.gov works 80% of the time?

The Senate was in session less than 50% of the time.

“Republican” fiscal policy was correct 0% of the time.

By comparison, the ObamaCare website looks pretty good.

"I got a letter about renewing my dog licenses. They said a new option this year was the ability to renew online. I tried that and the website didn’t work.

OMG! THE PORTAGE COUNTY DOG LICENCE SYSTEM IS A WORTHLESS PIECE OF LEGISLATION! THAT MEANS THE ENTIRE PORTAGE COUNTY GOVERNMENT SYSTEM JUST DOESN’T WORK! IT’S TIME FOR REVOLUTION IN PORTAGE COUNTY! ON TO RAVENNA!

Actually, I will probably just mail them a check like always."

Mr. Duke was forced out after the National Labor Relations Board announced its intention to prosecute the company for crapping on its workers.

Walmart, you see, really hates the idea of unions. Or anything that might increase labor costs, like, you know, paying a living wage, providing benefits, and so on. And anytime an “associate” (which sounds a lot like “oh s***”. Coincidence? Not in this case.) objects to being treated like a toad in front of bulldozer, Walmart retaliates. Even the NLRB can’t believe the crap that Wal-Mart is pulling, so they are going after the company."
